A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementation that provides capabilities to interact with Moodle LMS.
Moodle-MCP is a Model Context Protocol server designed to facilitate interaction with the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). It is currently under development, with limited functionality available. The primary feature of Moodle-MCP is to retrieve upcoming events from Moodle, which can be particularly useful for educators and students who need to keep track of their schedules. The server can be set up using either the MCP CLI or the UVX method, both of which require specific configurations and environment settings. Authentication is handled through Moodle tokens, which are necessary for accessing the Moodle API. Users are advised to refer to the official Moodle API documentation for a comprehensive list of available functions.
