An MCP server for accessing Moldova's National Agency for the Resolution of Appeals (ANSC) data.
The ANSC MCP Server provides access to the ANSC website, enabling AI assistants to search and analyze appeals and decisions in Moldova's public procurement system. It integrates with the MTender system through OCDS IDs, allowing cross-referencing between procurement procedures and their appeals. The server supports searching for appeals and decisions with various filters, and all resources are paginated with 30 items per page. It includes comprehensive error handling and is designed for integration with MCP clients like VSCode.

- Static Resources: Provides static resources for appeals and decisions of the current year, accessible via specific URIs.
- Resource Templates: Allows access to appeals and decisions for a specific year through templated URIs.
- Error Handling: Includes comprehensive error handling for network errors, invalid search parameters, HTML parsing failures, rate limiting, and invalid page numbers.
