This is an MCP-compliant server that implements the Model Context Protocol specification. It provides a standardized interface for Large Language Models to interact with multiple ITSM systems through a unified set of tools.

The MCP ITSM Integration project offers a unified interface for Large Language Models (LLMs) to interact with various IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, and Cherwell. By leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP), this integration standardizes the interaction process, eliminating the need for LLMs to learn different APIs for each ITSM system. The server is MCP-compliant, providing a consistent toolset across all systems, and is designed to work seamlessly with Smithery. It supports intelligent routing, context management, and follows the MCP specification, ensuring a streamlined and efficient interaction with ITSM systems. The server is compatible with any MCP-compatible client, including the MCP Inspector CLI tool and Claude via MCP integration.
