Trellis MCP Server provides an interface between AI assistants and Trellis via Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Trellis MCP Server is a minimal integration of the Model Context Protocol with Trellis, a lightweight and open-source text-to-3D/image-to-3D model. It allows users to generate 3D assets from natural language descriptions and import them into Blender. The server is designed to be faster and more memory-efficient, enabling local deployment with only 8GB+ VRAM. Unlike other solutions, Trellis MCP is free and does not require expensive API subscriptions. However, users must deploy the Trellis API themselves, and the API/Prompt may have stability issues as it has not been fully tested or tuned. The server is ideal for users who want to experiment with 3D asset generation without incurring high costs.
