X-ray MCP Agent

An MCP-compliant server for chest X-ray classification and segmentation using TorchXrayVision.

Setup

  1. Install dependencies:
pip install -e .

Usage

Run the server:

python server.py

The server provides two main tools:

  • classify_xray: Classify chest X-ray images for various pathologies
  • segment_xray: Segment anatomical structures in chest X-ray images
