Quick Start

Local Development

# Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

# Run the server
python clean_mcp_server.py

Server will be available at: http://localhost:8080/mcp

ChatGPT Integration

1. Using ngrok (Recommended for development):

   ngrok http 8080
   

   Use the ngrok URL in ChatGPT MCP settings

2. Using Vercel (Production):

   • Deploy to Vercel using the included vercel.json
   • Use the Vercel URL in ChatGPT MCP settings

MCP Server Configuration

For ChatGPT:

• Name: Miami Travel Assistant
• URL: Your deployment URL + /mcp
• Description: Interactive Miami travel planning assistant

Deployment

• 8 Premium Hotels with ratings and amenities
• 10 Top Restaurants across different cuisines
• 10 Popular Attractions from beaches to museums

Development

• Main Server: clean_mcp_server.py (synchronous, production-ready)
• Data Files: miami_data/ directory
• Configuration: vercel.json for deployment
